PROPOSED RECOMMENDATION

To award a contract to Dalebuild Ltd at a cost of £162,055.11 for a Changing Places facility at Ripon Bus Station.

BACKGROUND TO SUPPORT THE RECOMMENDATION

A competitiveprocurement exercise was undertaken during October and December 2023. The scheme is programmed to commence on site in May 2024 and is due to complete in July 2024.

LEGAL AND GOVERNANCE COMPLIANCE

A competitive procurement exercise was undertaken by the Council’s Procurement and Contract Management Service.

RECOMMENDATION

That a construction contract be awarded to Dalebuild Ltd.
